First we had a lovely roast beef dinner that Nana made at her own house for her own birthday. Then we sang "Happy Birthday" and Meg and Nana opened their birthday gifts.
Then we did a quick "We Wish you a Merry Christmas" and opened Christmas gifts.
Then the living room floor looked like this.
Poor Nana also had to light her own candles. A mysterious non-birthday boy snuck in to help blow them out.
Then we had a few minutes to play with our new toys.
And then it was off to the church Christmas musical together.PS: There was a dusting of snow on the ground this morning. Megan went nuts. This is her a mere 10 minutes before we needed to leave for church. Note that she is still in her jammies. Ugh!
